Through deep discussions and guided activities, participants will examine the OKR planning process and design impactful OKRs. The focus of the session will be on aligning with organizational strategy, utilizing checklists for OKRs quality assessment, and developing action plans for effective OKR implementation.
During the OKR planning session, a significant amount of time will be spent on identifying priorities for the upcoming period, deciding where should be focused team's efforts. The process will include RUN/CHANGE categorizing, determining how well these priorities match organization's overarching strategy as well as refining wordings for objectives and crafting key results and metrics.
